Whilst we are willing to accept second-hand toys they must be of an excellent quality. If you have items that you would like to donate ask yourself the question, “Would I be willing to give this to my child / grandchild as their main Christmas present?” If the answer is no, then we can’t take them as it costs us to dispose of unusable items. We do reserve the right to turn away any unsuitable donations. Please don’t be offended, we just want to provide the best that we can for the families that are referred.
Donations of new toys, gifts and wrapping paper and tape can be brought to us at any point up until 15 December. Second-hand donations can only be accepted up until 3 December. Address - 33 Mount Pleasant Industrial Estate, Southampton, SO14 0SP.

CHRISTMAS COMPLETE 2020
Last year, with your help we were able to provide a parcel of 7 or 8 toys to 2393 children and young people from over 1200 families across Hampshire. That is an increase of over 15% from the previous year.
Here are some of the lovely comments we have received: -
One lady cried when she opened the gifts she was blown away. It has made such a difference she says and cannot believe all what is in the parcels they are perfect and she cannot thank people enough. The choices are so thoughtful and she is just so overwhelmed and her children will love them.
Another tenant said they are amazing! Absolutely brilliant! The types of things she mentioned her children liked was in the gifts and so useful for all her children.
Thank you for making such a huge difference.
I would like to say Thank you very much for all involved in the behind the scenes of delivering the Christmas Complete initiative!. My children will be so grateful and will love everything provided. I’ve had a sneaky look and it’s like you know my children personally. Everything is so well thought through and perfectly picked to make a child feel loved at Christmas. I would love to one day be in the position to be able to help and return the favour and one day I will be. Thanks again and wishing you all a Merry Christmas
Hi. I would like to say a massive thank you to you all at Scratch for our Christmas box for the kids; it’s a massive help. Keep up the amazing work you guys are amazing, if I can help in anyway please don’t hesitate to ask, Thanks.
Hello Scratch. Thank you for giving my children Christmas gifts, we love it. Thank you, God bless you all.
Hi, I just wanted to personally thank everyone for the box of gifts I received for my children this week. It has been an extremely hard year for our family with the sudden loss of my Mum along with a huge financial struggle of Covid. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to give them the Christmas they are used to or deserve. Thanks to your kindness the additional things I received really made all the difference and I feel like they all have enough to open!. Kind regards and a merry Christmas.
We would like to say a very big thank you to everyone for all the hard work and time you have given to making a difference to families again this year. The saying “it takes a community” is certainly true. We are a small charity and could not have provided the wonderful children’s presents for parents to give to their children without you and your supporters. You have made such a difference to those in need and we really appreciate your magnificent support.
Hello, I’ve just received a Christmas present package from SCRATCH and I thought I’d just message to say THANK YOU so much for everything you all do. It is massively appreciated by myself and I’m sure everyone else that you all help. Your generosity is immeasurable and it means a lot.
As a word of encouragement, I chatted with a Mum this morning who collected her parcels from us yesterday. She said that the gifts were just perfect for each of her 4 children and she wrapped them all last night. She was really appreciative of the obvious care that had gone into selecting the gifts. Thank you!
