We have a paid position within the SCRATCH staff team for a Customer Services Officer. Please see details below.
- Salary: £29,470 per year (35 hpw)
- Pension 4.5% employer contribution
- Full time or part time considered
DUTIES INCLUDE: -
- Handling calls about furniture collections and deliveries
- Preparing Furnish to Flourish worksheets and working with warehouse staff to resolve issues
- Entering bookings into Trackpod accurately and on time
- Responding to emails and voicemail messages
- Passing queries to the right team members when needed
- Taking payments through WorldPay
- Supervising office volunteers

The role is based at our Mount Pleasant Industrial Estate office in Southampton. Holiday entitlement is 25 days plus bank holidays, and full induction and training are provided. You will report to the Office Manager.
