SCRATCH is able to help individuals and families who need to move in an emergency for reasons such as domestic violence, racial harassment, ill health etc. At present there are two scheme - one in Southampton for moves taking place within the city and another for the Winchester area (funded by Winchester City Council). As from April 2009, there is a cost for most Southampton removals. There is a very tight criteria for the moves carried out and each case needs to be discussed thoroughly with the SCRATCH office staff.
